|Growing Season Notes||The 2016 growing season started with early bud-break. A cool mid-June proved to be advantageous for almost ideal bloom and fruit set. Moderate summer temperatures allowed for gradual berry growth and mild weather through the Fall allowed fruit to finish ripening gradually for the perfect balance of acids and sugars. The Grenache varietal ripened gradually and evenly.|
