Join us for our fourth biannual Farm to Table dinner for local food and wine at Huston Vineyards

We are excited to partner with Chef Nate Whitley of the Modern Hotel to offer this 5 course meal, with all local/seasonal Idaho cuisine, paired with Huston Vineyards wine. Music will be provided by Kayleigh Jack.

Menu:
Appetizer:
Canapés
Radishes with herb butter
English Pea purée with chèvre

Salad Course:
Smoked Trout, new potato, snap peas, preserved egg yolk, horseradish creme fraîche, cover crops

Entree 1:
Prochetta, Tonnato aioli, roasted carrots, chimichurri

Entree 2:
New York Strip, new potatoes, grilled Fava beans, Bearnaise

Dessert:
Corn meal cake, rhubarb, custard
