Spring/Summer Farm to Table Dinner

Join us for our fourth biannual Farm to Table dinner for local food and wine at Huston Vineyards
We are excited to partner with Chef Nate Whitley of the Modern Hotel to offer this 5 course meal, with all local/seasonal Idaho cuisine, paired with Huston Vineyards wine. Music will be provided by Kayleigh Jack.

Smoked Trout, new potato, snap peas, preserved egg yolk, horseradish creme fraîche, cover crops
Prochetta, Tonnato aioli, roasted carrots, chimichurri
