Join us as we celebrate the bounty of the season with an extraordinary six-course dining experience set amongst the vines. Executive Chef Pedro Martinez, owner of Idaho Provisions, has crafted a menu that showcases Idaho’s finest proteins, fruits, and vegetables—each course inspired by the local terroir and thoughtfully paired with Huston Vineyards Wine. This year the wines featured will be Huston’s Gold, Double Gold and Best of Show winners from the Idaho Wine Competition. Set with the backdrop of the Estate Vineyard, and a long farm table adorned with fresh local flowers, experience an evening course by course and wine by wine. Experience the intimate sounds of Natalie Soma’s music and soak in the sunset amongst the vineyard into the Western Sky.
