The first wine is a completely new twist on our signature Estate Gruner Veltliner: a 2023 Estate Grüner Veltliner Sparkling. This first Sparkling wine hales from Lake Idaho Vineyards’ first harvest of Grüner Veltliner on the Huston Estate Vineyard. 

Light white gold in color with aromas of stone fruit and green apple, this Sparkling is well balanced with flavors of Asian pear and apricot followed by a bright and lively finish. Grill master and Chef Nate Lindskoog will feature the perfect pairing for this Sparkling with freshly shucked Oysters, grilled Oyster Rockefeller as well as other fresh summer appetizers for our non-seafood fans.

Not to be out-classed, our first ever Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon hales from one of the warmest growing seasons on record. The dark volcanic soil from our Estate vineyard combined with the red volcanic soil of Sawtooth Block 60 and the silty loam soil of Williamson Block 12 creates a Cabernet Sauvignon so flavorful and balanced it meets our strict requirements for a Private Reserve Wine. With only 88 cases produced, this wine begins with dark plum color and aromas of cassis, and dark cherry. With flavors of plum and dark cherry, this heavy bodied wine has rich texture and a finish with long, lingering tannins. 

Chef Nate has sourced the highest tier Snake River Farms Gold Label Beef to bring the best food and wine pairing the soils and climate of Idaho can produce. The four-course menu will feature two additional wine and food pairings and guests will enjoy a beautiful evening on the vineyard lawn with music in the background and friends all around.

Tickets are $150/person for Club Members and $175/person for General Admission. Seating is limited.
