Wow! Where did Summer go?
We’ve spent the majority of the summer in the vineyard retraining and watching the shoots grow. Every varietal looks good and healthy, and hopefully ready to produce in 2018. Gregg has been busy in Washington sourcing some fruit for our Chicken Dinner series and still hopeful for a small but delicious Huston vintage out of the Snake River Valley!

We are excited to share our 2016 Vintage of Chicken Dinner Red with you over Labor Day Weekend! Come try our new vintage and enjoy the original music by Carter Freeman and a Wood Fired Pizza by Il Segreto.
Our 2016 Chicken Dinner Red came from an incredible vintage year! The growing season started with bud break in mid-April and temperatures progressed beautifully without getting too hot. All varietals had plenty of time to ripen before the first frost in November. Overall, fruit quality was exceptional. Anchored in Cabernet and Merlot and adding Malbec and Syrah, this vintage is sure to be a palette pleaser!
